We specialise in Small Batch fermented hot sauce. We take take the finest UK and African grown fermented chillies, and mix them with fresh herbs, fruit and vegetables and blended with high quality cider vinegar.
Our sauces are artificial additive free, relying the age old techniques of fermentation, vinegar and salt to do the job for us.
We don't use thickeners, emulsifiers, binders or stabilisers. Some natural separation may occur, but a good ol' shake and you're good to go!
Homemade vegan kimchi marries Cayenne pepper in our mildest but most complex sauce. Sweet mild heat balances perfectly with sour and tangy kimchi. This sauce is great on eggs and fried rice/bimbap.
"Smells very Kimchi-like: cabbage, garlic, carrot scent. Really distinctive Kimchi flavour of garlic and cabbage and a light Smokey chilli. Wonderfully mild but full of flavour. Feels like it would be fabulous on poultry. Great starting place for people new to spice."

Glasgow Kiss: A cheeky fruity little number. Scotch Bonnet dances with Cayenne pepper to give a moderate heat that allows the fruity spicy hit of Scotch Bonnet to punch through. We love this one on kebabs.
